Navigating the Planet's Intense Birthing Process
We are currently experiencing a very intense birthing process on our planet, which I refer to as ascension. There are many ways to think about it, but it's important to discuss because we all need support to navigate this unprecedented and profound change, both individually and collectively.
One essential thing that helps me navigate the ups and downs, the intense energies surrounding us, and what we're going through as a society is to remember that it's a purification process for all of us and the earth.
We are witnessing more light entering the world, bringing about significant changes. Some call this a new age of enlightenment. It may not look like it yet at all, maybe even the opposite of it. This process is pushing up the chaos of old dominion, control, and misused patriarchal power. This upheaval is not because these forces are gaining more power, but because they are desperately fighting as they come to an end.
Many people are also struggling with intense emotions as imbalances on the mental, physical, emotional, and energetic levels surface. These can manifest as overwhelming feelings, fatigue, and exhaustion. It's important to rest and allow this integration. The things I find most helpful are:
Getting more sleep and staying hydrated
Being very deliberate as to what I focus, watch and spend time thinking about
Being outdoors for any reason
Letting go of struggles and surrendering when I'm at a loss
Remembering to let emotions pass through, listen to them, and love them free
Engaging in activities that bring joy – music, reading, movies/TV, friends, and simple pleasures
Understanding that this process has a purpose is a huge relief. The purpose is simple: to embody our divine selves while in human form. This awakening helps us move into balance and harmony, both individually and as a society. To achieve this, we must clear out imbalances to make new room for this new light and open to expressing our divine self. This is how we become the solution this world is waiting for.
Sometimes I feel like saying, “Hang onto your seat. It's gonna be a bumpy ride, but it'll be worth it.”
