I was once someone who was pretty disconnected from who I am. I was walking around carrying a ton of grief, operating from overwhelm due to old trauma running in my nervous system, exhausted by overextending myself, and discouraged. Why could I not see how to create the kind of relationships that I really wanted – even though I could at times catch the vision of it? So many things got in the way – that kept me from staying connected in the way I wanted.
I longed to feel truly cherished by my partner… I wanted to feel more consistently connected to my spiritual self — to know what my heart really wanted and have the confidence to create consistently from a deeply connected place.
I even really wanted to feel more in tune with our beautiful mother earth. I could feel that there was a sacredness to all relationships, but I couldn’t put my finger on how to access it on a regular basis.
